LCS

Low-voltage integrated devices
LCS are designed for input and distribution of power supply to electrical consumers and control of electric receivers

НКУ РУ
LCS carry out the input and distribution of power to electric receivers from independent inputs of three-phase 380/220 VAC, 50 Hz and 220 VDC and 24 VDC voltage sources , while switching between the main and backup power sources with symmetrical voltage drop, asymmetric voltage and voltage loss in one, two or three phases is performed automatically

LCS perform the functions of protection and control of electric receivers, including smooth start and stop of motors actuators

LCS provides control in three modes:
• automatic – by the ACS commands
• manual – by the manual control panels on the cabinet doors
• local – by the manual control panels near the mechanisms

LCS provide signaling of control command execution for electrical receivers and their operating modes, as well as signaling of their own status. They also perform monitoring of power supply voltage parameters, including current and voltage monitoring of three-phase power supply ~380/220 V, 50 Hz, phase imbalance monitoring of three-phase power supply ~380/220 V, 50 Hz, monitoring of DC current and voltage values (220 V, 24 V), and Monitoring of leakage current values to the chassis in DC power supply circuits.

A key feature of the LCS is its information exchange with the automated control system (ACS) via digital data transmission channels. This allows the reduction of cabling between devices to a single information cable and a few backup physical lines, ensures maximum factory readiness of the LCS, and minimizes the labor intensity of installation and commissioning work on site.

Structurally, the LCS is manufactured in cabinet, multi-cabinet, modular-cell, or panel versions with stationary installation of components. A modular design principle is used in the development of the LCS, which helps reduce production time and enables the replacement of a faulty drive module as a whole without disconnecting the other drives in the unit. The replaceable module is supplied as part of the spare parts kit (ZIP).

SPF "System-Service" has been mass-producing LCS since 2003. To date, more than 2000 devices have been put into operation and are in operation, industry acceptance tests have been carried out by PJSC "Gazprom", and a certificate of compliance with the requirements of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping has been received
