Multifunctional module (MFM) for implementing control algorithms for technological units and turbines

The multifunctional MFM module is a universal device for automating various technological units, as well as gas and steam turbines.

MFM is manufactured in a general industrial and explosion-proof design, with the possibility of supporting EXE type circuits.

The MFM has dimensions of 400X300X200

The MFM design allows its installation directly in the process unit.

The MFM software provides implementation of various control algorithms.

The coordinated operation of MFMs from various technological blocks enables integrated control of the entire unit.

Information sources are connected to the MFM both via the interactive P-BUS network and individual connections.
MFM implements the functions of discrete control, regulation and protection

On request, MFM can be supplied with software for management and regulation:
- Gas and steam turbines,
- Anti-surge circuits of centrifugal and axial compressors,
- Power units and generators,
- Group regulation of active and reactive capacities of power plants (GRPM),
- Operating regulators of gas compressor stations,
- Regulators of technological processes in integrated gas treatment plants,
as well as other equipment

The MFM 02-02 modification is used to control the turbines

The MFM 02-02 directly receives signals for rotational speed, VNA (Variable Nozzle Assembly) position, and vibrations, without the need for intermediate signal conditioners or amplifiers.

MFM 02-02 provides direct control of turbine compressor mechanization and fuel dispensers (VNA (intake guide device), KPV (air bypass valve), KPG (gas bypass valve), PHA (regulating guide device), etc.)

The MFM 02-02 has built-in regulators with various circuits that can be configured to meet the requirements of an automated turbine.
